Diversity Recruiting Campaign

After the larger rebrand, AT&T’s next focus was on telling diverse stories about diversity. They wanted a campaign that was flexible in its content — as we’d be targeting a variety of demographics — but still offered a consistent, distinct look at what makes their people special.

The BRING YOUR SELF campaign is all about celebrating each individuals inner truths as being the best things they bring to AT&T – as its current or future employees. It’s strong, personable imagery and simple statements about the individuals covered the needs of the client, while not deviating too far from the existing brand.

Career Site

After the campaign’s identity was set, we were due to update the career site’s Diversity page to align. A larger strategy fell in place for us to additionally invest in the existing Veterans page and build a new Women page from scratch.
