Cargill openly recognizes that their organization is “powered by plants,” and those production factories required significant investment to be staffed to its ongoing and future needs. As a result, they requested work on a specialized campaign that would target that audience, balancing both the larger cultural goals of the company and the transactional concerns of the demographic.

POWER YOUR LIFE FORWARD
After the first round of concepting, Cargill wished to switch out the tagline for an alternative, Power Your Life Forward. And in doing so, we ended up adjusting the headline structure to consolidate elements in small-form executions.
