Nursing Recruiting Campaign

Kaiser Permanente is looking to hire 3,600 nurses in 90 days — and they wanted people to know. Our biggest ask was to make it clear that KP was “rapidly” hiring — not just in terms of the number of people we want to move through the process, but also a change in the process itself that makes the application experience shorter and faster. We needed to provide two campaign concepts that will not only break through market conversations, but also stand out from the existing Kaiser Permanente creative.
