Technology Recruitment Campaign

Walgreens was leaning into a bigger role at the heart of our communities and the Technology team was driving these changes. In this challenge, we were asked to consider how we could feel less “corporate” than the core recruitment work without going decidedly off brand? Should we up the gregariousness? Are there other tools we should use? How could we reinforce Technology’s ability to impact and bring joy to our customers and patients?

And how could we do all of this while avoiding conversations about a “transformation”? Because the truth was, Walgreens was already there.

Concept 1

TOGETHER, WE INNOVATE

Option 1 is a pivot of the existing Walgreens Recruitment Brand, Together we care. Using the same headline/quip structure, these executions up the gregarious language while also taking the imagery in a direction that won’t be seen as “corporate.”

Concept 2

TODAY’S AN INNOVATION DAY

Option 2 pushes the boundaries a little more in the event that this segment needs to stand further on its own. Still using all of our core Walgreens brand elements, here we house the message in a distinct headline concept and adjusted designs.
