Inland Empire Health Plan
Recruitment Brand
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is the largest not-for-profit Medicare - Medicaid plan in the country, serving 1.4+ million residents California. IEHP came to us without a corporate brand, but a handful of brand elements. A logo, a theme of hearts and a broad color scheme. We were tasked with coming up with something simple where its individual elements (photos, colors, etc.) could be switched out to match wherever they took the corporate brand.

Concept 1
FROM THE HEART
We believe in the positive impact of our shared humanity.
We believe our success should be measured in human terms. That caring for one another brings out our best selves. And that we can never forget we have to invest in ourselves as well.
Because we all deserve the same quality of care. When you join IEHP, you’re joining an organization that is equally invested in the work we do, the people we do it with and the members we do it for.
And that means no matter what you do here, you can do it from the heart.
Concept 2
THAT’S HOW WE CARE
It’s one thing to say that you care.
It’s another to show it.
From the underrepresented communities we provide coverage for to the thousands of employees we proudly support, our commitment to them is clear in everything we do.
And this core belief, that actions have meaning, is central to what IEHP stands for. We have a mission to heal and inspire the human spirit, where we will not rest until our communities enjoy optimal care and vibrant health. And to make this happen, we don’t just say the right things. We do them.
Because that’s how we care. And by joining us in this endeavor, you can show how you care too.
