Gilead is a biopharmaceutical company focused on researching and developing antiviral drugs, most famously in the treatment of HIV/AIDS. When they came to us, they were beginning to start developing cancer treatments — and that would result in them needing to aggressively hire not only new people, but talent in health specialties they had no experience in. So our target audience was people comfortable coming in at the ground floor of a new organization and building an industry-leading one.
