Banners & Recruiting Campaign
The Home Depot was a client that didn’t want any particular advertising campaign to last much more than a quarter, heavily believing that their audience grew bored of particular messaging or visuals quickly. As a result, we concepted for them regularly. For this particular round, we were tasked to develop three creative concepts to cover recruitment needs enterprise-wide — and they were looking for something bold and adventurous to stand out from where they currently were.

ISOMETRIC ILLUSTRATIONS
The established THD brand allowed for these isometric illustrations that our team was able to iterate on and animate in really charming ways — and we would’ve been happy to continue this campaign until market situations required a refresh. However, THD strongly believed in changing out creative campaigns regularly and didn’t want anything running for more than four months.

By pairing the benefits with home improvement supplies and tools that embody a similar meaning, we can reinforce and elevate what The Home Depot careers offer employees. It’s the tools and support everybody needs to literally build the best version of themselves.

Since the first concept didn’t push the brand too hard and the client seemed open to exploring, we also provided a secondary look (reskinning the same content).

This is more than an apron.
It’s the symbol of a solid career.
A beacon of growth and development. It represents potential and the ability to explore your future and move forward. Here, we cement its iconic status for ALL employees – a representation of everything that The Home Depot offers.
And even if you don’t need to wear one to do your job at The Home Depot, it’s still a part of you.
